Celebrate the New Year with luxury festive cocktails

There are many different flavors, tastes and smells that make me think of the festive period, and one of those is definitely that of a gingerbread house, so the first cocktail is:
Gingerbread Apple Cocktail

You will need:
2 oz. Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur

1 oz. vanilla vodka

2.5 oz. apple cider

A few drops of lemon juice

Orange zest

Agave syrup
Method:

Line a chilled martini glass lightly with agave syrup on a dish followed by crushed gingerbread biscuits. Place all ingredients except for orange zest in a shaker and shake vigorously, then strain into glass. Freshly grate orange zest on drink and serve immediately.
The next cocktail includes one of the biggest Christmas smells for me – cinnamon, it is the:
Fireplace Cooler

You will need:
1 part gin

1 part Port

2 dashes of Orange Bitters or Angostura Bitters

Method:

Stir and strain over ice in a Rocks glass. Freshly grate cinnamon on top and garnish with an orange peel.
To me Christmas and New Year would not be the same without mulled wine, the next cocktail is a luxury take on the classic mulled wine drink:
Holiday Glogg

You will need:
12 oz. Vodka
1 bottle (750 ml)
dry red wine
1.5 tbsp.
mulling spices
1 tsp.
fresh orange zest
2 tbsp.
sugar
2 tbsp.
blanched almonds
4 tbsp.
raisins

Method:
Wrap mulling spices in cheesecloth. In a large saucepan, combine the wine, vodka, cheesecloth with mulling spices, orange zest, and sugar. Allow to very lightly simmer over medium heat for at least 30 minutes (do not boil). Discard the mulling spices. Drop a few raisins and almonds at the bottom of each mug and top with the hot liquid.

The final luxury cocktail is a festive take on a bellini, everyone loves a bit of tinsel!!
Tinsel Bellini

You will need:
2 oz. HPNOTIQ
1 oz. limoncello
1 oz. Champagne
Splash of lime juice

Method:

Rim the Champagne flute with a light coat of sugar. Pour chilled HPNOTIQ, limoncello, and Champagne into the champagne flute. Add a splash of lime juice.
