Ballathie House Hotel
Ballathie is an elegant, four-star baronial mansion set amid a 3,000 acre working farm estate. It is one of Scotland’s most splendid country hotels and is a glorious location for your wedding. Ballathie House have an exclusive, one wedding per day policy:
“We will only ever provide an opportunity for one wedding per day to take place at Ballathie House. This will allow our team to give you and your guests our undivided attention at all times.”
The hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies, which will be conducted by a registrar and a religious ceremony which is conducted by a church minister within the hotel. The maximum capacity for a ceremony in-house is 80.
Depending on the time of year the hotel require the wedding party to guarantee a certain number of bedrooms. This will either be 15 rooms through the winter months or 25 rooms through the summer months.
Ballathie House can cater for up to 120 guests for a sit-down meal and for parties larger than this, the fully-serviced marquee located in the stunning grounds would be perfect. For the evening reception they can accommodate a maximum of 120 guests and a marquee can be provided for larger numbers.
Linthwaite House Hotel
Situated in the heart of the Lake District, a national park in the North West of England, Linthwaite is an ideal venue for exclusive use weddings.
The exclusive use package allows sole use of the hotel and its surrounding 14 acres from the day of the exclusive use booking until the day of departure. This package also includes:
Accommodation in 30 bedrooms for up to 60 people
Full buffet breakfast for up to 60 people
Wedding breakfast dinner for up to 60 people
Use of the ceremony room
A pedestal and table arrangement of flowers
Use of the hotel’s cake stand and knife

The hotel also offers intimate day weddings which are limited to a maximum of 12 people, and usually take place during the week. Couples who choose a day weddings are usually married at 12.30pm, seated for the wedding breakfast by 2.00pm. The departure of non-resident guests is required by 5.30pm, allowing the guests to have a nice relaxed time to enjoy their special day.
The hotel is licensed for both civil ceremonies and civil partnerships and these can take place in either the stunning Billiard room or, for smaller ceremonies, the Boardroom.
Rushton Hall Hotel & Spa

They have a Civil Wedding License which means you can choose to hold your ceremony in the Drawing Room. Exclusive use of the whole hotel is also available for your wedding.
Three Ways House Hotel
Three Ways House Hotel is situated within the picturesque village of Mickleton near Chipping Campden in Gloucestershire.
The hotel is licensed to hold civil ceremonies. There are three comfortable rooms, the largest of which accommodates up to 80 guests.
The Terrace Suite is the largest reception venue. Overlooking a private terrace with colourful flower borders, this room can seat up to 80 guests for a formal reception, whilst 100 guests can be accommodated for a less formal buffet.
For smaller afternoon receptions the restaurant can be used for parties of up to 40 guests.
