Terms and Conditions FROM FINE INDIVIDUAL HOTELS PRIZE DRAW COMPETITION 22.11.2011– 31.12.2011 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to FINE INDIVIDUAL HOTELS and COLWALL PARK HOTEL and not to Facebook. 1. The Fine Individual Hotel Prize Draw competition (“Competition”) is open from 22nd November 2011 until midnight on 31st December 2011 (“Competition Period”) and operated by Fine Individual Hotels, Crook Road, Windermere, LA23 3JA(“Promoter”) and hosted via the website found at www.facebook.com on the Fine Individual Hotels page (“Website”).
- The Competition is open to all UK and Eire residents over the age of 16 (sixteen) excluding employees, agents (or families of such employees or agents) of Promoter or anyone else connected with the administration of the Competition (“Entrants”).
- By entering the Competition, all Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Entrant who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 2 above, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Promoter.
- To enter the Competition go to the Website and press the ‘Like’ button, enter your name and email address into the Prize Draw entry form. Only one entry per Facebook user profile per week will be accepted.
- 1 1 (one) Entrant shall be chosen at random by the Fine Individual Hotels team from all eligible Entrants (“Winner”). The decision by Promoter as to the determination of the Winner shall be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, lost, damaged, incomprehensible or indecipherable entries and all such entries shall be disqualified. If the entry procedure to the Competition is found to have been tampered with in any way, including submission of ‘spam’ entries, Promoter may withdraw the Competition at their discretion. All entries must be received by midnight on 31st December 2011 (“Closing Date”). No entries will be accepted after the Closing Date.
- *The Winner will win a fine dining prize of free TWO (2) nights bed & breakfast and free dinner in our Seasons Restaurant (2 AA Rosettes, Good Food Guide 3) on ONE (1) of those nights.
- The name and profile photo of the Winner may be announced on the Website shortly after the Closing Date. The Winner will be notified within 1 (one) week of the closing date. In the event that a Winner fails to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 5 (five) working days of receiving notification, then Fine Individual Hotels reserves the right to substitute them with another Entrant of its choice.
- The Prize is non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative. Promoter may substitute an alternative of the same or comparable value if it, in its sole discretion, deems necessary.
- The Winners agree to participate in such reasonable publicity as may be requested by Promoter. The Winners agree to the publication of their respective name and profile photo as referred to in paragraph 8 above.
- By entering the Competition all Entrants consent to the use of their personal details by the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of the Competition only and any other purposes to which the Entrant may consent on entry to such Competition.
- As far as permitted by law (but not including liability personal injury or death arising from its negligence) Promoter excludes all liability in connection with the Competition or the Prize awarded or not awarded in connection with the Competition.
- Promoter reserves the right to modify or vary the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising.
