The village of Corfe Castle is on the A351 between Swanage and Wareham in Dorset. Mortons House Hotel is in the centre of this pretty village. Two minutes walk from the Castle entrance.

It is a very well run hotel with very friendly yet efficient staff who work together to create a harmonious atmosphere. The decor is very well designed, in the best of country house style, and in keeping with the history of the building. Our room was very comfortable. The quality of the bed linen and towels was of a very high standard. \'My husband and myself stayed for three nights and used this lovely hotel as a base for three days walkling in the Purbecks. We had two wonderful dinners, where Eddie,the Chef, and Amy, the Restaurant Manager, produced fabulous three course dinners to groups averaging 16 in number. All the staff were helpful, in particular the chamber maids. Beverley had made great efforts throughout the planning for this celebration trip. We must also mention how happy Scamp, our Jack Russell,was to be collected to go to his foster family arranged by Happy Hounds.
